In order to post a class with takeClassy, we require you to provide information including your name, a valid email address, and a physical address for your class location. In order to receive payment for your class, we will correspond directly via email with you to confirm a Venmo account to send your payment to or a physical address to mail your check to.

If you choose to post a class to takeClassy, the class information you provide is public, and any information contained in your class description is accessible to the public and viewable by anyone who visits your class page.

We won’t sell any user’s information. However, we may feature classes in marketing and advertising materials.

takeClassy's servers and select third-party services such as Google Analytics and AdSense log some information whenever you access the Service — information such as your IP address, the time of your visit, your browser type and your browser's language setting.

If you send a communication to the Company, we may hold onto that communication so that we can respond appropriately, and so that we can incorporate your feedback to improve the Service.

We collect information with the purpose of giving users a high-quality and personalized experience on our site.

We collect your class information and user profile data. Our servers also collect information used to make the website run faster and better.

Class information you provide is public, and it’s viewable by anyone who visits the site.  

We don’t sell user information, period.  We do collect some basic information via Google Analytics, AdSense, etc.  And we may highlight cool classes in our marketing materials.
